Software Overview
This section details how to initialize the various programs that are used to send
SIS commands to the SME100.
Using DataViewer
DataViewer is available on the included software disc and also for download, free of charge,
from the Extron web site.
Downloading the software
1. Go to http://www.extron.com/download.
2. At the Download Center page, click the Software link on the left sidebar menu or click
on the Control Software icon (see figure 91).

3. On the next Download Center page, navigate to the DataViewer program and click the
Download link (see figure 92).

4. On the next screen, enter the requested information and click on the Download button
(see figure 93).

5. Follow the instructions on the rest of the download screens to save the executable file
to the computer. Note the folder where the executable file is saved.
